Innovation stakeholders from the North-Western part of Europe are now joining forces to develop an affordable tool that could help growers to monitor the quality of their products in real-time. The new tool will contain a next-generation gas detector, which can measure eight different gasses released by the products. The project, MAX FRESH, strives towards introduction of the sensor for commercial use end 2023.

Based on the sucessfull model G analyzer , Storex has improved the analyzer and introduced new features. With the bigger and illuminated display, measurements are clearly displayed at anytime and anywhere. The analyzer is very easy to calibrate without tools.The new generation rechargeable lithium battery pack ensures a long use of the analyser for manual measurements. Analyzer is equipped with a chemical cell for O2 measurements, to get fast O2 readings and a dual IR sensor for CO2 measurements with a high resolution ranging from 0-20% CO2. An indicator on the display shows the condition of the chemical cell and informs the user exactly when to replace it..

Due to import of roses from Kenia, the African Fruitmot is frequently detected in the Netherlands. The African Fruitmot keen on bell peppers are certainly a point of attention for greenhouses in particular bell peppers. Contamination of bell peppers with the fruit mot can lead to export restrictions and can cause significant economic damage nationwide.
